mommy dearest November 30, 2008

My mother, Linh, is very special in her own way.  My childhood hasn’t been peachy keen and as glitzy as those of Blair Waldorf of Gossip Girl, but it wasn’t as horrible as those whom have been beaten to death by their parents because of their own selfish wants and needs.  I read about those selfish individuals in the news, who lock up their kids in a hot car while they go and do the nasty with their boyfriend, who happens to be their dentist.     I am blessed to have my mother and father in my life.   Each passing day, I acknowledge them in my blessings and prayer.  Thank you for the life you have spared for me and Tammy to be happier.  Our destiny is our own.
