Trust is a social necessity that must be protected just as earth and water be protected to provide for survival. When trust is damaged, the community suffers and the societies as a whole will eventually falter and collapse. So why do we having lying judges, prosecutors, expert witnesses, public officials, and corrupt politicians?    My cousins live in a Harris County, Houston, Texas, a metropolitan of city more than 3 million people and they have expressed  that  HC has more corrupt situations in our legal system than anywhere else in the United States.
